Q. What if I need extra help or advice about my purchase?

DIAMOND CONSULTATIONS

If you need any assistance on engagement rings, you may set up an in-store diamond consultation via Ninasjewellery.com.au. As a complimentary service, a Nina's representative will contact you within 48 hours to schedule an appointment and to answer any questions. PERSONAL SHOPPING

For any other items, as a complimentary service, our knowledgeable Personal Shoppers are available to provide you with gift suggestions for all occasions or perhaps a little something just for you. Q. How long will it take to get my order?
If the item is in stock you should receive your order in 10 working days, this can vary depending on shipping location. A customer care representative will contact you when your order is due for shipping.


Q. What about special orders or custom designs?
A customer service representative will contact you to confirm your special order / design needs and will give you an expected delivery date. Q. How can I return or exchange?
Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt.

Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. To return or exchange your gift selection, please follow the instructions included with your package.

Q. Will my items be gift-wrapped?
All Ninasjewellery.com.au purchases arrive in the signature Nina's Box, tied with a white Nina's embossed satin ribbon.

Enclosed in a white envelope is a blank gift card for you to write your special greeting.

Freight and Insurance

Nina's Jewellery have a strong sense of client satisfaction, we will contact you the day your purchase is sent.

Australian Shipments

Australia Post - Platinum Express Post Bags (Please ensure that someone will be at the delivery address to sign for the shipment).

No freight and insurance will be charged to any purchases over AUS$2,000.  All purchases under AUS$2,000 will be charged freight and insurance.

Overseas Shipments

Federal Express (Please ensure that someone will be at the delivery address to sign for the shipment).  Please notify us upon receipt of your purchase.

No freight and insurance will be charged to any overseas purchases over AUS$2,000.  All purchases under AUS$2,000 will be charged freight and insurance.  Any taxes and duties to be charged by the country destination is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Q. Is all Nina’s merchandise available for purchase online?
Ninasjewellery.com.au features a limited, but extensive collection of Nina’s merchandise for online shopping. We continually add to our online merchandise offering.


Q. How do I place an order on Ninasjewellery.com.au?
Ordering on Ninasjewellery.com.au is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the "Purchase Now" button to place it in your Jewellery Box (Shopping Bag). Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.

Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card information.

You may also order over the phone, by calling +61 8 9759 1366. Representatives are available 9:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Saturday and 10:00AM to 4:00PM Sunday WST.

Taxes, if applicable, are included in your order. Nina's collects GST for all states and Territories of Australia.
Customers outside Australia are responsible for all Duties and Taxes, in the recipients Country.
