The steady foundation we can always count on, Laura is the Dunsborough team's rock - or should we say diamond?! Having run both the Dunsborough and the Kununurra store, Laura specialises in exceeding expectations, making the rest of us wonder how we ever got along without her!

Dunsborough's right‑hand woman, Nicole, makes excellence look effortless. Bringing empathy, style and care to every situation, if Nicole is involved, things instantly get better. Having completed her GIA certification, Nicole is a specialist in diamonds and jewellery design - and a master of snapping up the very best stones for her lucky customers!

Our resident ray of sunshine, Emma puts the 'diamond' in 'diamond standard' and is responsible for some of our most special custom designs.

 

When she's not busy picking the best of our latest diamond deliveries for her lucky clients, she is out and about with her dog, adventuring in the great outdoors.

Rarer than even red diamonds, Deb is truly one-of-a-kind. Her boundless enthusiasm for all that glitters has led her to become a certified gemmologist. The only thing we love more than diamonds, is Deb!

Beginning with Nina's as a bench jeweller, Bronagh now lives and works as our dedicated CAD jeweller - in Ireland! (When we find the best, we do our best to keep them!) If you have a "custom make" or have seen one of our unique showroom pieces, Bronagh has likely had a hand (or mouse!) in it.

A burgeoning digital maven, Danae assists our Marketing Department to make informed strategic decisions with her appreciation and application of data, research and best practise. Currently, she’s busy running our social media channels and handling product photography—making sure every piece sparkles just as brightly online as it does in-store!

There’s particular, there’s meticulous, and then there’s Josephine-standard. Responsible for overseeing every piece of visual brand collateral, Josephine is the creator of the modern Nina’s aesthetic, ensuring every physical Nina’s experience is of the utmost quality and completely beautiful.

The divine engine that keeps the wheels turning, the business moving, and the cabinets full of sparkle, Victoria is a powerful force of positive intention. Her professional support and dedication keep our Administration and workshop team humming - always ready to assist.

Responding to a job ad that simply stated ‘we need help on our website!’, Krysta has been successfully growing and executing our sparkle strategy for the better part of a decade. Now the General Manager and the head cheerleader for ‘treating yourself’, she strives to inspire our teams and customers alike to celebrate with sparkle.
